PARIS — Four people were charged with furnishing alcohol to minors over the weekend.
In Oxford on Sunday morning, Jody L. Hall, 47, of 216 Whittemore Road was charged with furnishing liquor to minors, furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol and violation of bail condition. She was released Monday on a supervised bail contract.
According to an affidavit by Alan Coffin of the Oxford Police Department, Coffin was responding to a call about a dispute at Hall’s home when he found four juveniles surrounded by beer cans and bottles. He said three were 17 years and one was 18.
Coffin said he was told that one of the minors had driven Hall to a store where she bought a bottle of Fireball Whisky, then went home and shared it with the teens. He said Hall’s bail conditions bar her from using alcohol.
Hall was uncooperative, yelling at Coffin on the way to jail, he wrote in the affidavit. She refused to sign her summons.
The juveniles received summonses for possession of alcohol by consumption.
In Waterford on Saturday morning, Oxford County deputies charged Adam Curtis, 23, of Poland, Tyler Curtis, 21, of Oxford and Jared Simpson, 20, of Waterford with furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol. All three were released on $500 unsecured bond.
