Two-year-old Levi Richards of Jay hangs onto the back of his father’s ice-fishing sled after spending most of Saturday fishing with dad Jeremy Richards and Levi’s camera-shy brother, Cole, 4, during the Round Pond derby. Their father said they caught a couple of yellow perch through “nice, clear” ice that was 14 inches thick. The event attracted about 200 anglers, many of whom drove pickups onto the ice.
