VASSALBORO, Maine (AP) — Law enforcement authorities are investing the shooting of a 22-year-old man inside a Vassalboro home.

State police say they responded to the home just after midnight on Tuesday and the victim was flown to a hospital.

His name and condition were not immediately available.

Police are interviewing people who were in the house on Whitehouse Road to determine exactly what happened.

There was no word on any charges.
