HARRISON — The popular annual fishing derby will be held this year on Feb. 25 and 26 at Long Lake.

Recreation Director Paula Holt said the derby is held in partnership with the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries & Wildlife and offers lots of raffles and prizes, including a youth lifetime fishing license.

The derby will be held from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25, and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 26.

There will be a warming fire and food. Vendors will be at the town office.
