BUCKFIELD – Four fire departments are responding to a report of a house fire on Railroad Bed Road, a dirt road that runs parallel to Route 140 in Buckfield.

According to emergency dispatchers, the fire was initially reported as a chimney fire and quickly spread to the home.

Departments responding include Buckfield, Hartford, Hebron and Paris.
