FARMINGTON — The SKY Family will perform Celtic Revival! at 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 16, at the Farmington Baptist Church, 194 Whittier Road.

Performances by the SKY Family from Prince Edward Island are a blend of high-intensity Irish step dance like Riverdance, great humor, fast paced Celtic fiddle music and Gospel seasoning.

The show is currently on tour throughout the U.S. and Canada. Admission is free and there will be a love offering taken during the intermission of the two-hour show.

The production consists of two hour-long sets which combine rollicking fiddle music with songs rich in harmonies. Woven throughout are hilarious stories, skits and inspirational testimonies. It is great fun for the whole family.

The Sky Family consists of dad, Tom, who plays lead guitar, fiddle and piano; sons Seth, on bass; Joel on lead fiddle, flute and saxophone; and Gabe as lead dancer, guitar and drums; daughter, Miriam, who plays piano and dances a fine reel. All members contribute to the rich vocal harmonies and step dance.
