HARRISON — The Recreation Department is organizing a trip to a Maine Red Claws versus Erie Bay Hawks basketball game at 5 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 22, at the Portland Expo.

Director Paula Holt said the bus will leave the Harrison Town Office public parking lot at 2:30 p.m. Doors will open at 4 p.m.

The cost is $12 per person and includes a ticket and transportation. Children under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Registrations and pickup information is available at the Harrison Town Office from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Payment is due upon registration. The deadline is Friday, Jan. 13, if seats are still available. Food will be available at the concession booth.

Participants can join in the opening ceremonies holding the giant American flag. Kids receive Thundersticks and can ask for autographs at the end of the game.

Holt said this is a great Christmas or birthday present.
