FARMINGTON — Patty Parlin has joined Coldwell Banker Sandy River Realty, 602 Wilton Road, as a real estate sales agent. She will offer a full range of agency services for buyers and sellers.

Prior to affiliating with Sandy River Realty, Parlin worked for The Franklin Journal. During the 10 years with the Journal, she enjoyed working closely with the public. For the past four years, she has learned about buying and reselling real estate while refurbishing homes.
