FREEPORT — The Maine Innkeepers Association honored industry members at the 90th Annual Meeting and Conference recently at Holiday Inn by the Bay in Portland. Innkeepers attended two days of educational seminars, which culminated in an awards dinner recognizing the achievements of industry members.

During the ceremony the MEIA’s President’s Award was awarded to Woody Woodward of Highland Lake Resort in Bridgton. Woodward was recognized for the humor he brings to the many boards on which he serves, and for past leadership to the MEIA board and the lodging industry in general.
