Fiddle prodigy Erica Brown started competing at age 7, touring at 9 and recording at 15, when she made her debut at the Saco River Grange Hall in Bar Mills with the Old Time Radio Gang. On Saturday, Nov. 26, her five-piece Bluegrass Connection band will return to the hall for a bluegrass/country/folk musical hoedown. Also performing at 7:30 p.m. will be Matt Shipman on guitar and vocals, Ken Taylor on bass, Steve Roy on mandolin and vocals, and Read McNamara on banjo. Tickets are $14, $12 for students and seniors or by donation; children 12 and younger admitted free. Family maximum, $30. Call 929-6472. The Grange hall is at 29 Salmon Falls Road.
