HARRISON — Voters favored Election Day registrations on Tuesday’s statewide referendum. The vote was 468-385.

Question 2 for racinos in Biddeford and Washington County went down to defeat 305-548.

And Question 3 to build a casino in Lewiston was also defeated by a vote of 191-663.

The constitutional amendment on redistricting was defeated, 401-415.

And the referendum to overhaul the Cumberland County Civic Center went down, 284-527.
