Cruizahs show

OXFORD — The Uptown Cruizahs Car Club will hold their end-of-season cruise-in from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 17, at Tractor Supply, Route 26.

For this event only there will be live music supplemented by DJ “Red Wing.”

There will be food at reasonable prices, a 50/50 and door prizes throughout the day.

Antique, classic and customized vehicles will be on display. The event will be held weather permitting. Proceeds will benefit local charities. For more information call Les Wing at 890-0870.

Fall shoots

PARIS — The Norway-Paris Fall Shoots are under way at the range at 744 Buckfield Road, South Paris.

The shoots are the scheduled for Sept. 18 and 25 and are open to the public. Both trap and running deer shoots are offered with prizes at the shoots and trophies for the overall winners in each. Both adult and youth (junior) shoots are planned. Hamburgers and hot dogs as well as homemade goodies are available for lunch.

Hosanna film

OXFORD — Hosanna Church will present the film “Power Play” at 6:30 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 18.

Bring the whole family and enjoy popcorn and a cold drink or hot cocoa. There is no charge for admission to this special evening.

Pot luck

WEST PARIS — The West Paris Historical Society will meet for a pot luck at 6 p.m. Monday, Sept. 19. The regular meeting will follow at 7 p.m.

Dues for 2011-12 will be collected and officers will be elected.

Guest speaker Ben Connant will talk about early photography.
