Unless otherwise noted, the following will be arraigned on Nov. 8 in Rumford District Court:

* Aaron McPhee, 25, Rumford, operating under the influence, 1:30 a.m. Aug. 27 on Somerset Street. He was released on $800 unsecured bail.

* Brian Bragdon, 37, Rumford, warrant charging failure to appear for operating after suspension, at 10:35 a.m. Aug. 23 on River Street. He was released on $500 cash bail. The arraignment date is not yet known.
