WAYNE — Denny Breau will perform in a concert to benefit the Cary Memorial Library on Sunday, Aug. 28, at the Ladd Center, 26 Gott Road.

The show will begin at 7 p.m. with a performance by Wayne’s Mad Anthony Steel Drum Band. Mad Anthony’s Pan Handlers was started up by Ned Baker, the band director and music arranger.  Recently the band has been under the directorship of Christine Letcher of Leeds.  Other members are Tena Hinds, Julie Moulton,  Anna Boynton, Carol and John Nichols, Jamie Ault, Ian Cunduff and Martha Hoddinott.The doors will open at 6 p.m. and desserts and drinks will be available for sale.
