Two members of the Traffic and Planning Division of the State Highway Department are conducting a traffic count at the intersections of the Randall Road and Old Greene Road on Sabattus Street.

The count is the result of a petition signed by more than 200 persons living in the Thorne’s Corner area who feel that the hill near the intersection is traffic hazard. The hill obstructs the view of persons driving cars toward Lewiston. Randall and Old Greene Roads are directly beyond this hill and with the view obstructed, a chance of accidents is increased.
