LIVERMORE — A teenager injured in a head-on car crash Friday was listed in serious condition at Central Maine Medical Center on Saturday night, according to a nursing supervisor.

Lauren Faeth, 17, was driving on Route 4 when her 2001 Saturn drifted into the oncoming lane at about 9:45 a.m. Friday and hit a Toyota Tacoma driven by Jeffrey Hartford, 45. Hartford and a passenger were treated for less severe injuries and released from the hospital.

The accident remained under investigation.
