The 15,000-square-foot arts center, located between Alumni Theater, left, and Merrill Hall, right, will be done in the next couple of weeks, Pizzagalli Construction Co. Superintendent Eric Price said. UMF will start taking occupancy of the building in the middle of August, and the center will open in September, he said. An anonymous donor donated $5 million to build the center.
