PARIS — On Saturday, July 30, Celebration Barn Theater will present Kimleigh Smith in her award-winning, one-woman show “T-O-T-A-L-L-Y.”

A hit at fringe festivals across the country, “T-O-T-A-L-L-Y” is an uplifting story of a young cheerleader who transforms into a powerful woman embracing her inner superhero, reclaiming her sexuality and living as a whole, healthy woman.

Smith has performed all around prestigious Chicago stages, including the Goodwin Theatre, Lookinglass Theater and Steppenwolf, where she has performed in “A Clockwork Orange,” “Crumbs from the Table of Joy” and “Puddn’head Wilson.”

She then moved to California, hitting up Los Angeles theaters and was cast in her first major motion film, “The Princess Diaries.” She has since performed in several other films, television shows and commercials.

“T-O-T-A-L-L-Y’  has been described as “an entertaining treat” by the Wall Street Journal, and NYTheatre has called Smith “a force of nature” and a “fearless performer.” The Hollywood Fringe Festival honored Smith with the 2010 Top of the Fringe Award and Fringe Award for Theatre.

The show will be presented at 8 p.m. Tickets are $14 for adults, $12 for seniors, and $8 for students and children. For tickets, call 743-8452. Celebration Barn Theater is 190 Stock Farm Road, off Route 117. For more information, visit www.CelebrationBarn.com.
