LIVERMORE — Selectpersons recently approved annual wage compensation for some employees effective July 1.

Selectpersons wages remained the same as last year at $2,500 each.

Under office administration, Kurt Schaub, administrative assistant/treasurer, gets a pay raise from $957.31 per week to $976.46; Renda Libby, town clerk/deputy tax collector, $16.23 an hour to $16.55; Jean Tardif, administrative clerk, $11 per hour to $11.50; Megan Dion, temporary help, $9.55 an hour to $9.74.

In the Highway Department, P. Roger Ferland, the foreman, will get a wage hike from $18 an hour to $18.36; Ronald Greenwood, driver/laborer I, $12.75 an hour to $15.30 an hour; Randall Tirrell, driver/laborer II, wage remains the same at $12.75 an hour. He is eligible for an increase on Sept. 7.

In the Fire Department, Donald Castonguay, fire chief, will get an annual stipend raise from $2,122 per year to $2,500; Andrew Berry, assistant fire chief, annual stipend goes from $1,591 to $2,000.

At the transfer station, Juanita Jordan-Bryant, supervisor, wage increases from $13.49 an hour to $14. An attendant position, which currently pays $11.47 an hour, will be determined when the position is filled.

Other compensation areas remained the same with the exception of Andrew Berry, emergency management director, whose pay increased from $750 a year to $800.

Wages remaining the same are Richard Marble, code enforcement officer, $28 an hour for eight to 12 hours a week; Andrew Marble, deputy code enforcement officer, $22 an hour, eight or 12 hours a week; Susan Sapiel, general assistance director, $2,000 a year; Jackie Dion, registrar of voters, $1,000 per year, plus $12.76 an hour for elections; Annie O’Shea, health officer, $750 a year; and Thomas Mitchell, plumbing inspector, 75 percent of permit fees, $1 a day.

A position of maintenance/safety, which is currently vacant, is currently paid $12.50 an hour. The pay will be determined once filled.
