Paul L’Heureux of Auburn, National Executive Committee alternate, traveled to Corinna to speak to American Legion members of the 13th District. L’Heureux spoke about the Legion Riders and their mission. He told those present that the riders have raised $50,000 for the Legion’s Legacy Fund, a program that provides scholarships for children of those killed in action during the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. Maine has 23 chapters of Legion Riders and is continually growing.
