CLEARWATER, Fla. — Craig D. Fortin of Turner, Maine, graduated with a bachelor’s degree in pastoral studies from Clearwater Christian College during spring commencement ceremonies held May 7. Craig is the son of Don and Cindy Fortin of Turner.
