Lewiston police officer Jason Nadeau surveys the scene of a traffic accident on Sabattus Street as firefighters clean broken glass off the road Tuesday night. The vehicle at left, driven by a 16-year-old Wales resident, rear-ended a car driven by Stacy Dubois, 23, of Lewiston as Dubois was stopped in traffic waiting to turn left onto Highland Spring Road shortly before 7 p.m., police said. The women were taken to the hospital, but neither was seriously injured, Sgt. Danny LaChance said. Both vehicles were towed.
