- The Harrison Fire Department’s annual ski race, “Mary’s Firemen for a Cure,” was held at Shawnee Peak recently. The department collected donations for the Susan G.Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and raced down the ski course in full turn-out gear, carrying a 50-foot hose. Racing to try to get the fastest time, Henry Hudson led the team, saying “tuck it down boys,” and they took first place. From left are Jeffrey Murphy, Michael Sampson, Henry Hudson, Bob Bissonnette and George Menezes.
