LEWISTON — There will be a free event with experts, patients and educators sharing tips and information to help people live well with diabetes from 1 to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 15, at Callahan Hall at the Lewiston Public Library

The “Diabetes and You” fair will have information and demonstrations about nutrition, monitoring, talking to the doctor and two panel discussions about challenges and successes.

The event is being sponsored by Common Ties Mental Health Services, Tri-County Mental Health Services and the Lewiston Public Library, with support from the Maine Health Access Foundation. The fair is open to everyone.
