LIVERMORE FALLS — Selectmen unanimously voted Monday night to appoint Town Clerk/Treasurer Kristal Flagg as interim town manager.

Flagg will receive an additional $250 a week for the job.

This is the sixth time Flagg has served as interim manager during her 22 years with the town, she said.

Current Town Manager Jim Chaousis has taken a job as the manager of Boothbay and will begin his duties there on Nov. 29.
