Vocal Solution, above, a seven-voice ensemble with members from Oxford Hills, Bridgton and Poland, will perform on Saturday, Nov. 6, as part of the Maine Music Society’s 17th “Battle of the Blends” concert. Other a cappella groups performing include Vocal ELoquence from Auburn’s Edward Little High School; None of the Above of Boston; the Saco Bay Jazz Vocal Ensemble; and the Downeasters, members of the Portland chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society. The major fundraiser for the society will begin at 7:30 p.m. at the Franco-American Heritage Center in Lewiston.
