Norway – Norway Savings Bank announces two new additions to the Norway Savings Asset Management Group.

Jennifer Schumacher has been named vice president and trust officer, and Kurt Garascia has been promoted to assistant vice president and investment specialist. Both appointments are effective immediately.

Schumacher has more than 13 years of experience working with trust and investment management clients, including expertise in estate and financial planning for both individuals and nonprofit organizations. Schumacher earned the Certified Trust Financial Advisor designation and is a graduate of the University of Maine.

Garascia has worked in the investment industry for the past five years since graduating from the University of Maine with a bachelor’s degree in finance. Garascia earned the CFTA designation from the Institute of Certified Bankers and the American Banking Association.

Norway Savings Asset Management Group, a division of Norway Savings Bank, was formed in November 2003 to offer comprehensive banking and financial services, including investment management, financial advice, estate planning and trust services.
