LIVERMORE – Announcement is made of the engagement of Cynthia Dolan of Somerville, Mass., to Christopher Castonguay of South Barre, Mass.

Miss Dolan is the daughter of Felicia Miceli of Glen Ridge, N.J., and Thomas Dolan of New York City, N.Y. She is a 1999 graduate of Binghamton University with a bachelor’s degree and is currently employed as a research analyst for NEPC in Cambridge, Mass.

Mr. Castonguay is the son of Ed and Ruth Castonguay of Livermore. He is a 1996 graduate of Dartmouth College with an associate degree and a 1997 graduate of Thayer College with a bachelor’s degree. He is currently employed as a mechanical engineer for Raytheon in Marlborough, Mass.

The wedding is planned for Aug. 22 in Boothbay Harbor.
