LEWISTON — Team Blue Goose flew off with top honors at this year’s Lahey Bowlfest at Sparetime Rec on Jan. 25.

Members of the winning team were Fred McKay, Henry Aliberti, Jim Puckey, Marc Frechette and Tim Dee. Coache’s Corner took second placed thanks to team members Jace Pearson, Mark Rock, Jason Fuller Don Gayton and Jim Hood. Third place went to Bell’s Farm. Team members were Sue Dostie, Jami Godin, Jean Cote, Terri Moore and Linda Cross.

The tourney was established to honor the memor of Thomas E. Lahey — a locla athlete and businessman who passed away Oct. 3, 1987 at age 44. Since its inception, the Lahey Foundations has awarded over $200,000 in scholarship aid to graduates of  Lewiston and Edward Little high schools and Saint Dominic Academy.
