Lewiston Police officers survey the Moreau Avenue neighborhood after a break-in was reported Wednesday afternoon. Sgt. James Theiss said officers responded to a burglar alarm at a home where somebody had forced their way in and took undisclosed items. No one was arrested. A police dog was brought to the scene and led to tracks behind the house. “We got a few leads off of that,” Theiss said. “It gave us something to work with.” An investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information about this incident is urged to call 513-3138, ext. 3321. (Andree Kehn/Sun Journal)
