CARRABASSETT VALLEY — Carrabassett Valley Public Library will host “Organizational Zen,” a talk that will focus on getting organized.
The talk will reach people who:
• Find themselves misplacing things — keys, glasses or small children;
• Have purchased items because it was easier than finding the same item they already had;
• Are feeling overwhelmed and edgy over things they have forgotten to do;
• Feel as though clutter has taken over their life; and
• Need help getting their New Year’s resolutions to stick.
The talk will discuss how to get stuff done, feel more in control of time and bring on organizational peace.
Organizational habits expert Janie Downey Maxwell will speak from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15.
The talk is free and open to the public.
