AUGUSTA — Our baby boy went home to be with the Lord and the angels on Monday, Oct. 5, after a short, but wonderful five months on this Earth, when his big heart simply stopped.

Brooks had a smile that could melt any heart and a personality that could only be described as angelic. Brooks favorite place to be was outside, and he would always look up at the sky. In the early morning of Oct. 5, we learned why he was always looking up at the sky — because the angels were calling him.

Brooks was surrounded by love every day of his life and reflected true unconditional love so perfectly. We are so grateful for the time we had with Brooks and that he did so much good in his short time. He will forever be in our hearts, minds and souls.

Brooks is survived by his loving parents, Cameron Dufour and Leah Dufour; his grandparents, Donald and Donna Dufour, Kevin and Verla Ridley, and Jim and Julie Brooks; and his great-grandparents, Lorraine Dufour, Lorraine Levesque, Mildred Brooks, Mickey and Elaine Hashem, and John and Peggy Ridley; his aunts and uncles, Alyssa Dufour and Derreck Quintal, Kevin and Emma Ridley, and Michelle and Angela Ridley; and countless family and friends.

Condolences, photos and memories may be shared at www.plummerfh.com.
