1950 – 2015
BANGOR — Nancy R. St. Hilaire, 64, of Hermon, died unexpectedly Monday, July 6, at Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor.
She was born Nov. 6, 1950, in Lewiston, the daughter of Jon A. and Dorothy E. Hesketh (Varney). After high school, Nancy married her sweetheart, Gerard Adrian St. Hilaire, in 1970. They celebrated their 45th wedding anniversary this past May.
She had an infectious personality and was loved by all who knew her. She loved spending time with her family, gardening and strawberry-picking.
Nancy was a loving and wonderful wife, mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her husband, Gerard; and her five girls, Cindy Bishop, Kelly Dunifer, Kim York and her husband, Curtis, Sherry Williams and her husband, Kenneth, and Amy Young and her husband, Chris. She has five grandsons, Tyler, Christopher, Derek, Kenneth and Matthew; and six granddaughters, Katie, Stacey, Samantha, Ashley, Madyson and Makayla, and another granddaughter on the way. She is also survived by her brothers, Wayne and Bruce; and her sisters, Connie and Joyce.
She was predeceased by her brothers, Jon, Gary and Larry; and her sister, Janice.
